Hi, I would like to start playing HU PLO8 SnGs on FTP.

Do I need to configure PTO in any way so as to be able to track all my result? E.g., do I need to manually input tournament summaries for each SnG or an MTT that I play?

That would be easiest. Just leave the tourney open even if you bust out, and FTP will create a summary file that you can import into PTO after the tournament completes. Otherwise you can always just manually enter the tourney summary using the option for this on the File menu in PTO.
