Coverted to SQl and still getting Access error

I maxed out my Access DB, so I converted everything to SQL. Everything worked fine, the conversion took 5 hours, and when i go to import I am still getting the Access error. I even made sure to open the SQL database.

You must have missed one or more of steps 3-5 in the "After PostgreSQL is installed" section here
