Moving DB from one HD to another?

I am running out of diskspace on my c: drive. Is there a way to move my DBs from one harddrive to another? What about creating a new DB on a drive other than c: when I install PT3?

The easiest thing to do is to backup all your databases using the PostgreSQL Database Functions window.

Then install PostgreSQL on this other drive that has more space and then restore the databases from your backups afterwards.
